Commercial Bank officials during the Annual General Meeting.
Doha: Commercial Bank held its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting yesterday and approved all items on the agenda including the Board’s recommendation to distribute a cash dividend of QR 0.25 per share, equivalent to 25 percent of the nominal share value.
Shareholders also elected the following Board members for a period of three years:
1. Sheikh Abdulla Bin Ali Bin Jabor Al Thani
2. Hussain Ibrahim Alfardan representing Alfardan Investment
3. Mr. Omar Hussain Alfardan representing Al Gassar Capital
4. Abdulrahman Bin Hamad Al Attiyah.
5. Sheikh Jabor Bin Abdulla Bin Ali Al Thani representing Vista Trading.
6. Ibrahim Al Osman Fakhro.
7. Salem Khalaf Al Mannai representing Qatar Insurance Company.
8. Mohd Ismail Mandani Al Emadi.
9. HE Bader Omar Al Dafa (Independent).
10. Tariq Ahmad Al Malki Al Jehani (Independent).
11. Mohammed Yaser Al Mosallam (Independent)
Following the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, a meeting of the Board of Directors was held and Sheikh Abdulla Bin Ali Bin Jabor Al Thani was elected as Chairman, Hussain Ibrahim Alfardan as Vice Chairman and Omar Hussain Alfardan as Managing Director of Commercial Bank.
