Toulouse, France--Toulouse's France internationals Thierry Dusautoir, Yoann Maestri and Yoann Huget will miss Saturday's Top 14 showdown against Lyon, their manager Guy Noves said on Monday.
The three players, who all took part in Les Bleus' Six Nations defeat against Ireland on Saturday, will be rested by the four-time European champions.
"It was already decided that they would be rested this week", Noves explained.
The long-serving coach also indicated that Louis Picamoles (thigh) and Imanol Harinordoquy (hamstring) were feeling "better", but Noves could not say if both would be fit for the weekend.
"We will see during the week, depending on how the players feel. We want to field the best team possible against Lyon," he said.
Toulouse have won their last two games to jump to the fifth place in the French league, while struggling Lyon are ranked 11th.
