The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs also met with President of the Congress of Paraguay, Roberto Acevedo; Alternate Minister for Foreign Affairs of Greece, George Katrougkalos; and Member of the Congress and former Vice-President of Paraguay, Luis Alberto Castiglioni.
