Doha: Now you buy online products made by prisoners through an e-store provided by the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
The electronic store is a sub portal on the Ministry of the Interior’s website, to market products made by inmates of Penal and Correctional Institutions.
These are high-quality products manufactured and produced in specialized workshops.
The payment has to be made in cash on delivery, which is free and will be done directly from the Punitive and Correctional Institutions Department or one of its distribution centers.
Products include sculptures, artworks, handcrafted boxes made by male prisoners, and cloths, bags, and accessories made by female prisoners.
