DOHA: Kerala-based real estate group is in Doha to promote two residential villa projects at the bustling Cochin suburb of Aluva and a holiday home near Ooty, Tamil Nadu state.
Mather Builders, which was established in 1997 and has successfully completed and handed over hundreds of villas and apartments in the past, now offers a state-of-the-art residential villa project called Metro View along the Alva-Cochin National Highway behind the proposed Komet Metro Station at Aluva Garage. The villas range from 2,300 sq ft four-bedroom homes to 2,800 sq ft six-bedroom homes on a 2.1 acre land.
The second project, Green Ranch, is located near the famous Union Christian College, Aluva on a 2.75 acre land. Both projects are only a few kilometres away from the Cochin International Airport, Aluva railway station, many educational institutions and modern hospitals.
“We offer 56 villas providing all modern amenities in these projects. We will also provide solar power connection in each villa as part of our commitment to ensure eco-friendly living,” said Mohammed Mather, Managing Director of the firm.
The company also offers 24 English style holiday homes at Love Dale near the South Indian hill station of Ooty. There are 24 two-bedroom villas in this project, Misty Meadows.
