The National Service Division (NSD) of the Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co WLL (AAB), the exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Qatar, held the National Customer Relations Representative Skills Contest under a theme ‘Customer Delight, Winning Hearts and Minds’.
The Customer Relations Representative (CRR) position was created in 2019 to establish a focal point for all VOC (Voice of Customer). 
The VOC pertains to customer feedback which is considered as most valuable input by the company in order to make a more delightful experience to the customer.
Present at the Contest were Masayuki Fukumori, Field Operations Manager, Toyota Motor Corporation / Bahrain Representative Office (TMC/BRO) and Kamal Al Hajj – Customer Service Director. The National Service Department (NSD) team led by Muthusamy Chinappan, Senior Manager – National Service Division and members of the AAB Senior Management Team witnessed the display of competent customer service skills of all the contestants
A total of 12 Customer Service Representatives went through a process of elimination rounds. They were assessed based on customer handling skills and technical knowledge. 
Fukumori highlighted the importance of VOC to ensure Customer Delight experience and for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
The National Customer Relations Representative Skills Contest is one of the many skills contests that AAB is holding annually. It creates the opportunity to continuously improve the standard of Customer Service which manifests the company’s commitment to its corporate value of ‘Customer FIRST’.
