DOHA: British Embassy Doha is to celebrate His Majesty King Charles III’s birthday today. The reception will showcase the ‘Best of British’ food and drink, and British culture. Highlights will include a display of British traditions and heritage, alongside entertainment that reflects the spirit of the United Kingdom.
The event will also highlight the exceptional UK-Qatar relationship over recent years.
This year’s celebration holds special significance as His Majesty looks forward to hosting Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in London for his first official State Visit.
