The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived in Istanbul this evening on a work visit to Turkey. HH the Amir will chair with President of Turkey HE Recep Tayyip Erdogan the eighth session of the Qatari-Turkish Higher Strategic Committee.
The meeting will deal with ways to consolidate the strategic partnership between the two countries in various fields and exchange views on regional and international issues of common interest, in addition to signing a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding.
HH the Amir is accompanied by an official delegation.
