DOHA: The Cultural Village Foundation – Katara, in cooperation with the Palladium Group, is hosting the sixth Strategic Leaderships Forum in Doha, Qatar, on October 19. The forum will also host prominent strategic leaders in both the public and private sector from Qatar and neighbouring Arab countries. After a string of previously successful forums, this year’s edition will host world renowned economic academic Robert S. Kaplan.
As the co-founder of the Palladium Group, Kaplan categorized by Harvard University amongst 25 most influential figures within the intellectual science of global economics. Among his many contributions is the highly revered provision of balance scorecards; one of the most highly used tools by corporations and firms worldwide which aligns business activities with any given organisation’s strategic vision. The balance scorecard has been lauded as one of the best methods of business management in the last 75 years, according to the Harvard Business Review. Kaplan’s many publications have been translated into 22 languages with sales exceeding 1 million copies.
