Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with SARA Trading, has announced the recall of Juice Glasses - Villeroy and Boch, manufactured in 2025, in Germany.
The Ministry stated that the glasses were recalled because it may break if pressed.
The Ministry said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on defects and repairs.
The Ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to return the product and get a refund.
The Ministry urges all customers to report any violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department, which processes complaints, inquiries, and suggestions
through the following channels: dial 16001 for the call centrer, email: [email protected], or reach out through social media.
