The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has authorised 14 clerics to provide spiritual remedies to ailing people seeking treatment though verses of the Holy Quran and Prophetic traditions.
The Ministry has provided contacts details of the clerics and asked the people to call them at an appropriate time to protect their privacy and fewer disturbances.
The list available on the Twitter account of the Ministry includes details of the clerics- full names, nationality, names of mosques they are affiliated to, area and mobile numbers.
The list of authorised clerics includes two citizens and 12 expatriates who belong to Arab countries including Sudan, Yemen, Algeria and Egypt.
