Kuwait: A Supreme Judiciary Council delegation, headed by Vice President of the Court of Cassation Judge H E Ibrahim Hilal Saad Al Mohannadi, paid a visit to the sisterly State of Kuwait within the framework of activating the program of practical visits to the supreme courts and courts of cassation in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.
In a statement issued yesterday, the Supreme Judiciary Council stated that the visit aimed at learning about the Kuwaiti courts, as the Qatari delegation met with President of the Supreme Judicial Council, President of the Court of Cassation, Counsellor H E Dr. Adel Majid Bouresli. During the meeting, the two sides discussed the close fraternal relations between the two countries in the fields of justice, judiciary and law. The two sides also expressed their keenness to develop and intensify relations in a way that can consolidate, enhance and enrich joint cooperation.
The Qatari delegation is scheduled to visit Kuwaiti courts and facilities and meet with counsellors and members of the Supreme Judicial Council in Kuwait.
