Doha: The Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning became the first institution to offer its smartphone application in Urdu.
Providing its services in a third language is an attempt by the ministry to expand its interaction with clients, particularly as its services affect the lives of citizens and residents on a daily basis.
The ministry called on citizens yesterday to benefit from the application by making any complaints regarding food and hygiene.
The ministry’s phone application allows citizens and residents to take a photo of their complaints and send it to authorities any time for them to handle. QNA
