Ooredoo yesterday announced the launch of a new Digital Workplace Solution as part of the ongoing digitisation strategy from its state-of-the-art Qatar Data Centre.
Working closely with its partners, Qatar Data Centre has implemented the latest Remedy Service Management Suite to accelerate its response to customer issues and requests, eliminate recurring incidents, and managing change more effectively.
The Qatar Data Centre Digital Workplace will improve customer satisfaction by simplifying customer ticket submissions from computers, smartphones, and tablets. The result is enhanced responsiveness, lower costs, and a competitive edge.
The Digital Workplace will help Qatar Data Center customers by giving them self-service access to customised IT services without the need to go through the service desk.
The Digital Workplace has been designed to offer an online shopping experience with a simple interface, service catalog tailored for each customer, live chat 24/7 and much more.
Talking about the launch, Yousuf Abdulla Al Kubaisi, COO, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “Having such an enhanced knowledge base will help our customers have a better understanding of their services, and hopefully enable them to solve small issues on their own – which will empower their employees.
