Doha: Mannai Corporation (MCCS) yesterday announced a strong first half year results for the period ended June 30, 2021, with a consolidated net profit of QR117m for the first half of the year, an improvement of QR320m compared to the QR203m loss during the same period last year due to the COVID-19 related disruptions.
The company reported growth in second quarter revenues of QR3.7bn, an increase of 38 percent compared to the second quarter of 2020, bringing year to date revenues for the first half of the year to QR7.2bn, a growth of 36 percent compared to the corresponding period last year (H1 2020).
EBITDA for the second quarter stood at QR323m, bringing EBITDA for the first half of the year to QR592m, a growth of 130 percent over the first half of 2020.
