Ramallah: The Palestinian Presidency declared Sunday a three-day mourning period in the State of Palestine, starting Monday, following the passing of the late Father Amir of the State of Qatar HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
The Presidency also decided to lower flags hoisted at official headquarters and institutions to half-staff.
