Ooredoo has announced the reopening of its Salwa Road branch following refurbishment.
The shop was officially reopened yesterday with a ceremony attended by senior representatives of Ooredoo, including Chief Consumer Officer Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari.
Customers will be able to access all regular services they expect from the retail network and Self-Service machines to enable them to carry out transactions digitally themselves.
The shop is now open with the Ooredoo team ready to provide all standard services to customers. They will also find self-service machines to enable them to carry out transactions digitally.
Chief Consumer Officer at Ooredoo Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari said: “We’re delighted to have reopened the Salwa Road shop, giving us yet another option via which to provide service to our customers. While we’re committed to our aim of complete digitalisation, we recognise it’s important for us to be available to our customers wherever and whenever they need us.
"We look forward to helping them with all their telecommunications needs at the reopened Salwa Road shop and of course via all our other channels.”
