Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) reported a chance of scattered rain, may be thundery, at places at times on Tuesday. QMD also stated that strong winds that lead to dust and occasional hail is also expected.
For tomorrow, QMD forecast hot weather conditions during daytime and a chance of rain at places, followed by mild night.
The wind is expected to blow from northwesterly to northeasterly at 5 to 15 KT.
The minimum and maximum temperature in Doha will vary between 27 degree Celcius and 35 degree Celcius.
On Monday, the sea heights inshore will vary between 1-2 ft and sea heights offshore will vary between 2-4 ft.
Given the chance of scattered rain on Tuesday, QMD recently listed tips to ensure safety during this weather condition. The following tips are:
1. Move between tracks slowly
2. Reduce speed
3. Keep a safe distance
4. Turn on headlights
5. Stay away from any distractions (such as using mobile phones while driving)
6. Avoid submerged roads
