E-correspondences system to be launched in public schools

As part of its effort to develop the administrative aspects in government schools, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education is going to launch e-correspondences system in the public schools by the beginning of November.
Commenting on the ministry’s initiative, the Director of Human Resources at the Ministry, Mohammad Malfi Al Hajri said “The new system will save time, efforts and it is the best solution for documenting and protecting official documents from loss.
The new system aims to change the schools into no paper work environment and end their dependence on mailmen he added noting that the new system will be implemented in all government schools. The system which was implemented at all departments of the Ministry since 2014, will need training of authorised persons in all schools and the training will take place this month Al Hajri outlined. The system has many advantages beside its confidentiality.  It is fast and easy to access by authorised individuals at anytime and where. The system also uses different applications.
