Doha: Several International and national sponsors have joined Qatar Swimming Association (QSA) offering their support to the FINA World Cup event to be held in Doha this weekend.
QSA will organise this high-profile event for the seventh consecutive year from September 13 to 15 at Hamad Aquatic Centre, where the best swimmers of the world will be seen in action.
Omega is the Official Timekeeper while the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPD Bank) Credit Card Center, and Speedo, are the FINA Series Sponsors.
Qatar’s leading sports broadcasters, Al Kass Sports Channels, extend their partnership with QSA as the Presenting Sponsor, and will broadcast live all the pool action.
Qatar National Bank (QNB), the Gulf’s largest lender is the National Sponsor of the event, recognising the value of the competition in which top swimmers will compete.
Qatar National Convention Centre, Jouf Healthy Drinking Water, Holiday Villa Hotel & Residence Doha, Q-Tickets, Losberger De Boer, The Look Company, QSports, and Zoom Events & Production are collaborating with QSA as the National Suppliers.
“We thank our sponsors for their contribution, support and added value to this magnificent event, which will present the best swimmers of the world in Hamad Aquatic Centre,” the Organising Committee Chairman and QSA President Khaleel Al Jabir said in a statement yesterday.
Doha, will be the second stop of the FINA Swimming World Cup and will conclude the first Cluster (featuring long course contests) of this year’s series. The first leg was hosted in Kazan, Russia.
Tickets can be bought from Q-Tickets website, and will also be available at the Hamad Aquatic Centre during the days of the competition.
