DOHA: Sheikh Thani Bin Abdullah Foundation for Humanitarian Service (RAF) has sent a convoy carrying relief goods worth QR750,000 for 14,000 refugees in Central Africa. RAF is keen to provide such aids quickly to save residents in camps from starvation and offer food for six months. RAF has provided all basic food supplies that they need daily like flour, sugar and other foods in sufficient quantities that can last for six months for all residents in the camp, which has been established near Chad border to receive Muslims who flee from ethnic war. Such aid is considered as part of RAF aid which started since the crisis began three years ago. The aid varies between medical and foods supplies and building some camps to meet their basic needs.
