Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to HE Janez Janša on the occasion of his swearing-in for a new term as Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia.
