Amsterdam: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands have signed a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding in the fields of environment, water, and agriculture, with investments exceeding SR 428 million.
27 agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed between the two countries during the current visit of a delegation from the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture to the Netherlands.
The agreements and memoranda of understanding cover the fields of agricultural technology and research, establishing capacity-building partnerships in agricultural innovation, greenhouse agriculture solutions, green biotechnology, and potato cultivation and processing.
