Kish: Minister of Transport H E Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti met with Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran H E Rostam Ghasemi.
Held yesterday in Kish Island in Iran, the meeting reviewed aspects of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fields of transportation, marine navigation, commercial harbours, air transportation and civil aviation, and ways of further enhancing them. The two ministers also discussed opportunities for cooperating on the Kish Port.
Qatar’s Ambassador to Iran H E Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Hajri, Director of Asian Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs H E Yousef Sultan Larem, and several senior officials from both countries attended the meeting.
