Doha: Commercial Bank, the leading digital Bank in Qatar, continues to enhance its payment receipt options available on CB Pay for Merchants application by adding new feature “CB PayLink” that helps customer in placing payment orders through Credit or Debit cards.
“CB PayLink” allows merchants to issue and receive payment orders by securely sending a link for payment via SMS to all their customers regardless of where they bank. When the customer clicks on the link, it will redirect them to the payment page to complete the transaction using the Credit or Debit card. Commercial Bank customers also enjoy the ability to pay directly through CBQ Mobile App upon clicking on the payment link.
The new service will be available for Merchants of all types and sizes including licensed home businesses, delivery businesses, small and big stores, grocery stores, travel agencies, and more. The “CB PayLink” payment solution uses a secure payment gateway like Cybersource and QCB’s Qpay network to ensure secure and authentic transactions. Merchants will also get a notification when the payment is completed. The service also allows merchants to track their transactions and status of payments.
