The State of Qatar participated in the first ministerial conference of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on Social Development, which was held in Istanbul, Turkey, with a delegation headed by Minister of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs H E Yousuf bin Mohamed Al Othman Fakhroo.
The conference, which took place from December 7-9 of 2019, discussed the included agenda on issues and topics related to the family, children, women, persons with disabilities and the elderly.
On the sidelines of the conference, HE Minister of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs Yousuf bin Mohamed Al Othman Fakhroo met with H E Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services of the Turkish Republic Zehra Selcuk.
