BAGHDAD: Iraq has bought 350,000 tonnes of wheat from Australia and Romania in a tender for a nominal 50,000 tonnes, which closed on Dec. 3, a source at the Iraqi trade ministry said on Monday.
Iraq is one of the world's largest importers of wheat, much of which goes to supply a massive national food ration programme. (Reuters)
