Doha: A team of Qatari referees, led by international referee Muhammad Ahmed Al Shammari, will officiate in the matches of the Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaska Cup Four Nations International Tournament, which is currently taking place in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
In addition to Al Shammari, the team includes referee Abdulhadi Al Ruwaili and assistant referees Faisal Eid Al Shammari and Majed Hadeirs.
The international tournament which will conclude on November 17, will feature Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh and Seychelles.
Maldives and Sri Lanka shared points following a 4-4 draw yesterday after the opening match between Bangladesh and Seychelles was deferred due to heavy rain.
