Doha: Ooredoo customers are increasingly using digital and self-service features to meet their communication needs, as the company increases the range and diversity of customer services online.
Ooredoo’s eShop, the online portal offering devices, services and advanced technology, has seen a sharp rise in visits and purchases in recent months, becoming one of Qatar’s most popular online shopping destinations.
This rise has been partly driven by Ooredoo’s most recent offer, which gives customers a free 15GB Data Scratch Card when they purchase selected smartphones at the Ooredoo eShop.
Interest in the new generation of smart devices has also created a sharp rise in the number of searches at the Ooredoo online store.
With the Ooredoo eShop, customers can purchase Hala SIM cards, and reserve easy-to-remember numbers.
Ooredoo also offers an online tariff calculator, which enables customers to select services that best suit their budget and daily needs.
Customers can access online accounts at the eShop via a simplified single sign-on process, providing fast access to a full suite of services, including customer care, online top-up, online data calculator and the Nojoom Loyalty Programme.
The 15GB Data Scratch Card offer is valid for three months for customers who purchase an iPhone 5C, all available models of the iPhone 5S, LG G3, Huawei P7 Ascend, Nokia Lumia, Nokia X, all available models of BlackBerry, Moto G, and all Samsung Galaxy smartphones at the eShop or at Ooredoo Shops across the country.
