The State of Qatar participated in the inauguration ceremony of President H E Gustavo Francisco Petro of the Republic of Colombia. At the event in Bogota Qatar was represented by Ambassador (non-resident) to Colombia H E Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Dehaimi.
