DOHA: Renowned couturier Fadi Nahle will be the Guest of Honour at the opening of the seventh International Wedding Exhibition & Fashion Show Doha (IWED) next week at the Qatar National Convention Centre.
A connoisseur of Oriental and European lines, Nahle will showcase his collection on the inauguration day of the event and display stellar made pieces at a private VIP fashion show.
Owning his major line of designs in Fadi Nahle Haute Couture, the Lebanese designer maintains his pace in women’s fashion wear of today’s generation.
His lucrative design career ensembles his creation with harmony in colour, innovative style, and modernised entities that mark his talented way of creativity when it comes to wedding dresses and evening wear.
As the only international wedding exhibition held in Qatar, IWED pushes out to reach 100 percent of stands full and taken.
Qatar Expo and international exhibitors target the event to be on the A-list group of wedding events worldwide and an opportunity to showcase products and services and demonstrate expertise to a wider audience.
Acquiring major support from Qatar Tourism Authority in providing Qatar Expo the licence to conduct a B2B wedding exhibition helped achieve the event’s success annually by promoting Qatar as a quality tourism destination for leisure, education, sport and business.
Participating exhibitors come from Italy, Greece, the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Bahrain, India, Egypt and Qatar.
“The event should not be missed, for it has a lot of things to do with fun surprises, excitement, alluring moments such as premier fashion shows and entertainment expected to be done on a daily basis, delivering unexpected breakthroughs in showcasing specialised collection of pieces and other services to the audiences, particularly to soon-to-be couples,” said Qatar Expo CEO, Hadi Ali.
The exhibition runs from June 18 to 21 from noon to 10pm. Registration is free.
