Doha: The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) has announced the launch of a new culinary experience for Qatar residents during the holy month of Ramadan, featuring an unforgettable tea service at the MIA Café and an exceptional Iftar menu at IDAM.

Both locations feature world-class menus and stunning views of the Doha skyline.  Visitors to MIA are invited to unwind and try a new take on tea time at the MIA Café located in the MIA Auditorium, designed by the French architect Philippe Starck. The offer includes homemade French specialties and exquisite Arabic flavours.

IDAM, an award-winning restaurant by the Michelin starred Chef Alain Ducasse, will be offering the local community a chance to indulge in the Arabian haute culinary and culture experience for Iftar. Located on the top floor of MIA, the restaurant will offer an enchanting Arabian experience with a three-course Iftar menu, which includes rich Middle Eastern and Mediterranean mezze, exotic Moroccan soups and lavish Iranian desserts.

Along with IDAM’s Executive Chef, Damien Leroux, the restaurant’s staff worked to create the exceptional and eclectic selection of juices containing local flavours, spices, fresh chamomile, rosemary and fruits, providing a new take on a tasting experience — something IDAM has become known for since first welcoming patrons five years ago.
