Mogadishu: Somalia strongly condemned on Tuesday the brutal Israeli attack targeting a residential headquarters in the capital, Doha, considering it a blatant violation of Qatar's national sovereignty and a deliberate targeting of innocent civilians, in violation of all international conventions and norms.
In a statement, the Somali Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that these attacks represent a threat to regional and international peace and security, calling on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities and take urgent measures to cease hostilities and protect civilians.
The Ministry expressed its country's full support for the State of Qatar and its people in confronting these attacks, reiterating its rejection of any form of aggression against Qatari territory and sovereignty.
