Doha: Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College celebrated the graduation of the Joint Operations Course No. (2) and the Joint Command and Staff Course No. (6), in the presence of Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lieutenant-General (Pilot) H E Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem.
A number of members of the various units of the armed forces and a number of members of the forces of countries participated in the courses. Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College is in the process of becoming Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defence and Security Studies, and is scheduled to have the first defence course in September.
