Doha: HORO’s gold collection will be unveiled for the first time in Qatar by Blue Salon.
Blue Salon’s clients will have opportunity to create and personalise custom and exclusive clothes and items handmade with pure 24kt gold in Italy by HORO.
HORO brand was founded by Designer Luca Micco who pioneered a patented method, creating the first garments and accessories with pure 24kt gold and other precious metals, washable and indelible.
Micco drew inspiration from his relationship with Milanese artist Clelia Cortemiglia known for her gold notches on paintings.
He created the first exclusive method to apply and print pure gold and other precious metals on fabrics, giving life to HORO brand.
Art, style and innovation merge into each element of HORO’s concept, transforming each garment and accessory in an authentic, unique, rare and Italian handmade ‘jewel’-to-wear. Golden brushes, drops and stains on T-shirts, sweaters and bomber jackets or pure gold sprinkled on fine cashmere scarves are signs that identify HORO’s art style and Micco’s gold concept.
Each dress and accessory is realised by hand like a small ‘piece of art’ in Maison in Asti in an ancient monastery. HORO will also present abaya and hijab custom project, the first 24kt gold Arabian clothing made with real gold prints.The Peninsula
