The House of Representatives has approved on third and final reading a bill that would grant amnesty to simulated child birth records committed over the past ten years.
At the same time, the Lower Chamber also passed House Bill 5610 that would relax transhipment activities of foreign vessels, thereby reducing the shipment time and cost across the country.
Approval of HB 5729 will pave the way to the rectification of birth records that were faked.
HB 5729 allows the filing of petitions for adoption with an application for rectification of the simulated birth record, either judiciary or through administrative proceedings, without criminal liability on the part of the adopter.
