The Shura Council is participating in the work of the 14th General Assembly of the Arab Parliament Scout Union, which started yesterday in Kuwait, and will continue until Wednesday. The Shura Council is represented in the General Assembly by its member H E Khalid bin Abbas Kamal Al Emadi.
