Doha: Authorities have found the dead body of the young man who had gone missing south of Al Wukair.
According to a report by Arabic newspaper Al Sharq the body was found last night, as confirmed by his relatives. The cause of death was not mentioned in the report.
Social media had been abuzz with details of a young man who went missing three days ago in the Al-Kharra area, south of Al-Wukair, and authorities in cooperation with a group of young people were searching in the area where he was expected to have gone missing.
According to posts on social media by his acquaintances the man, born in 1988, drives a 2003 Silver Land Cruiser GX car and made his last call when he was in the South Al Wukair area.
