The State of Qatar and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia signed yesterday a Letter-of-Intent which aims to promote joint security cooperation between both countries. The Letter-of-Intent was signed by the Director of Public Security, Staff Major General Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi, and Commissioner General of the Federal Police Commission in Ethiopia, Endeshaw Tassew, who is currently visiting the country.
