DOHA: The Directorate of Moral Guidance at the Ministry of Defence announced the graduation courses of 2017/2018 (officers) for the Qatar Emiri Naval Forces in the presence of the Commander of Qatar Emiri Naval Force, Major General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Sulaiti.
Three officers’ courses were completed; the first one is the course of marines No. (3) which lasted for 38 weeks, and among the most important topics were general navigation, navigational devices, and command and control.
The graduation ceremony was attended by senior officers of the Qatari Emiri Naval Forces.
Also the Qatari Emiri Land Force celebrated graduation ceremony for nine officers.
The course lasted for 23 weeks, and included various subjects, including technical training on the tank (Leopard 2) and all its equipment and the use of modern wireless devices used in training.
The Directorate of Moral Guidance also announced the graduation of the courses of military police number (87-88) and the self-defence course number (1) in the presence of Military Police Commander Staff Major General Mohamed Messhi Al Ahbabi.
The most important topics dealt with were the study of military security, wireless devices, military road movements, security and protection of military police figures in peace and operations.
