Doha: Ooredoo has held a virtual awards ceremony to name and celebrate its Partners of The Year for 2020.
The virtual ceremony was attended by Chief Business Officer at Ooredoo, Sheikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Thani, and other senior representatives of Ooredoo and business partners.
A Partner of The Year was selected for each of Ooredoo’s business platforms: Microsoft won for Data Centre & Cloud; EshailSat for Mobile; Ericsson for Internet of Things; Netscout Arbor for Security; Cisco for Collaboration; and VMWare and Dell Technologies for Connectivity.
Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani and Mustafa Peracha, Ooredoo’s Senior Director Operations and Partnerships, opened proceedings with welcome messages, after which the winners of each category were announced, with a representative of each partner being invited to share a few words on their win.
