Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD), on Twitter, stated that misty to foggy weather conditions are likely to continue in some areas during late night and early morning hours starting tonight (Feb 8) until Thursday morning (Feb 11).
Due to this weather condition, horizontal visibility may decrease to less than 2 kilometres at times.
A marine warning is also expected to continue during the next two days. This is according to QMD's latest marine observations stating wave heights ranging between 4-6 ft.
QMD urged all citizens and residents to take extra precautions during this weather condition.
