H H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, visited yesterday the 29th Doha International Book Fair which is currently being held under the theme; “Doha, A City of Knowledge and Conscience”, in Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
Sheikha Moza toured the pavilions of the government entities, cultural sector and Arab and international publishing houses that are participating at the fair.

Sheikha Moza visited a number of local publishing houses such as Roza Publishing House, Lusail Publishing and Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press and Al Reyada Girls Center. Sheikha Moza also saw some of the activities and events associated with the exhibition, notably the children’s theatre.
Sheikha Moza was accompanied by Minister of Culture and Sports H E Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali.

The Doha International Book Fair, organised by the Ministry of Culture and Sports will run until December 8, with the participation on 427 publishing houses from 30 Arab and foreign countries.
