Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) is participating in the Statutory Meetings of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), held in Antalya, Turkey, under the slogan of “Power of Humanity”.
Hosted by the Turkish Red Crescent Society, the representatives of 190 National Societies will discuss the new humanitarian priorities and the future of humanitarian action. Over one week, the conference will involve three events: The 2017 General Assembly, the Red Cross and Red Crescent Forum, and the Council of Delegates.
QRCS is represented by a delegation, headed by Dr Mohamed bin Ghanem Al Maadheed, its president. At the exhibition, QRCS set up a booth to receive visitors and give information about QRCS, showcase its achievements.
