MOGADISHU: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to HE President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of the Federal Republic of Somalia, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of enhancing and developing them.
The message was delivered by the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Somalia HE Hassan bin Hamza Hashem.
