The Ministry of Interior (MoI), represented by the General Directorate of Information Systems, launched the website of the Strategic Security Studies magazine, a scientific journal published by the Ministry’s Centre for Strategic Security Studies.
The Director of the Center Colonel Mohamed Rabia Al Kuwari said in a statement on this occasion that the magazine’s new website comes within the ministry’s plan for digital transformation, a plan implemented under the slogan ‘Ministry without papers’, where the magazine will be available online for researchers and those interested inside and outside the country.
He pointed out that the website includes an archive of previous issues of the magazine, a special link for refereed studies and scientific research in the strategic security field, and another for scientific articles specialised in this field at the local, regional and international levels, along with a section on the Ministry of Interior Security Research Prize that the ministry conducts annually with the aim of encouraging scientific research in the security field.
The website also features books and recent publications in the strategic security field, in addition to publishing press reports on the most important scientific conferences and events concerned in this regard that are held in the country or abroad, in addition to links to a number of websites or research centers in the country.
