Ooredoo announced yesterday an exciting new promotion for its prepaid customers, offering them generous rewards and prizes including data, cash, telco prizes and gold.

The new Recharge Bonanza promotion will see Hala customers earning points for each recharge they buy. Collecting 1,000 points will mean receiving 100MB free data.

Customers will also receive trivia questions with their top-ups; answering the questions correctly will mean earning more points, and customers will also stand a chance of winning one of a selection of daily, weekly and monthly prizes including more data, cash, telco prizes and even a grand prize of one kilogram of gold.

Additionally, any customer activating a new SIM card will automatically receive 1,000 points and 100 MB free data valid for one day. All the free data customers receive with this offer will be valid for 1 day. A top-up of QR1 will earn an unregistered user 10 points, while a registered recharger will get 20 points.

Topping up with QR15 will see an unregistered user earning 150 points and a registered recharger 300 points.

Speaking about the offer, Manar Khalifa Al Muraikhi – Director PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo – said: “We know value for money is a prime concern for our customers, and complete customer satisfaction is of vital importance to us. Our Hala prepaid service is already great value, and this special promotion makes it even more so. We hope customers enjoy collecting points and answering the trivia questions, and we wish them all the best of luck in the trivia competition.”

Hala customers can buy top-ups through all regular channels; at any Ooredoo shop, online at ooredoo.qa or via the app. New customers can get Hala online at the Ooredoo eShop or by visiting any Ooredoo shop with their QID or passport.
