8th Annual Day celebrations at Bhavan’s Public School

Bhavan’s Public School celebrated its 8th Annual Day at Wakra Indoor stadium on 1st December with great vibrancy.
The cultural fiesta for Kinder Garten titled “Harmony in Symphony’ commenced at 1:30 in which the colourful display of talents mesmerized the audience. Chief Guest, Chandrakantha Rathore (3rd Secretary, Information and culture, Indian Embassy) graced the occasion and her inaugural address articulated that art and artistic endeavors should be facilitated for societal redemption and to imbibe good values through education.
The Guest of Honor, Milan Arun, President of Indian Cultural Centre, appreciated the management and the staff for taking tremendous efforts in providing ample opportunities for the students to grow.
Principal, M.P.Philip presented the annual report, which highlighted the landmarks of the previous academic year.
Acting Chairman, J.K Menon delivered an inspiring Presidential address. Students’ manuscripts which showcased the artistic and writing prowess of the students were released by the management.
CBSE toppers of class X and XII were honoured with certificates and trophies. Subsequently, students who have marveled in intramural competitions were crowned with Kalathilakam, Kalaprathiba and Sports champion titles.
Baburajan, the President, welcomed the Chief Guest and the public to the celebration. AnilKumar, General Secretary, thanked for the formal function.
After the inaugural function, cultural extravaganza titled ‘The Triumph of Tranquility’ was reeled out for the audience. It was visually stunning and depicted the saga of victory of virtues over vices.
The programs were artistically designed and executed. Vice President, Manikantan, Director Administration,
AnjanaMenon, Board of Directors, Headmistress Shailaja Krishna Kumar and Asha Shiju, Academic and Activity coordinators, teachers, parents and students were at the occasion.
