
DOHA: The Police College received the second batch of students from officer candidates on Saturday, October 3. The students have been divided into five groups and will go through field training for 50 days.
The new batch was welcomed by Brig Dr Mohammad Abdullah Al Mohanna Al Marri, Director-General of Police College, Maj Dr Jabar Hammoud Al Noaimi, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs Department and Capt Fahad Saed Al Subaie, Director of Training Department along with officers at the College.

On this occasion, Maj Gen Abdullah Yusuf Al Mal, Advisor to H E Minister of Interior and Vice Chairman of the Supreme Council for Police College expressed his pleasure on starting the second batch stating that he was confident that the college would achieve higher level to qualify better its officer candidates in the security and legal fields.
Brig Dr Muhammad Abdullah Al Mohanna Al Marri welcomed the new batch and said that the college was on the right direction to prepare a new generation with high-level capability and professionalism. He added that the students are selected on the basis of top level quality-criteria in order to make them capable to do their security duties and services efficiently.
