Baladiya removes abandoned boats

DOHA: The Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning is dismantling and removing all abandoned boats and dhows from Ras Abu Aboud shoreline. According to a post on ministry’s social media page, the Beaches and Islands department of the ministry started the removal and destruction of the old boats on request from the Coastal and Borders department.
